If you have the censored version of the game, it is really hard to get the achievement because they don't show decapitations, so just aim above the head with the axe and eventually you get it. It really sucks censoring it because you don't know whether you go a decapitation or not. I got the achievement on my first try of the game.

Septic Tank has 4 easy steps

1: Get boomer puke

2: Wait for a random tank to pop up (more likely to do it on dark canival)

3: Throw the puke at the tank

4: And let your zombie minions do ALL the work without your friends to shoot or attacking the tank
