Yes you have to eat healthy also for a good maintaining. Sometimes I take supplements.

What I would advise you is to try to eat good food ( organic food )as much as you need to maintain yourself healthy every day. Search for the ratio of vitamins, minerals...needed daily.

Otherwise see the vid where I talk about the mask.
