Btw what's with the "return to darkness" endings? Is the child actually a half-demon one or .. what?

@CatMuto Well; Isabellle was fighting the Demons, and she got taken away, smeared with the dirt of the darkness and stayed there in confusion, anger and curiosity which was removed by the Demons. I have no idea who is the father of that baby. (I dont think its Cube.) Anyway; So the child is half demon, though she NEVER shows it. The darkness of the little kid is forever hidden, and if you raise her sin/devil, whatever, her darkness shines and she is returned to the Demon Forest.

@CatMuto And, she persuaded the overlord to stop being evil, in return to stay there forever, until her death with him. She agreed, and she sacrificed herself for the kingdom. That's why she didnt go back with him.

Patricia is the daughter of Isabelle and the Maou, and her Sin has nothing to do with demonic endings. Her demon points (hidden parameter)

I read several interpretations of the opening - that Isabelle was wounded and was brought to the demon world to get treated, that she injured the Maou but returned as a promise .. thank god my japanese knowledge increases with every game I play.
