It's my understanding that the General Assembly reached a 90% consensus to not let go of Main Street, yet less than 10 people were arrested while standing their ground. Is that correct? If so, where were the rest of these people that were willing to face arrest?

@hanslute It is my understanding that the arrests occurred very early in the morning when only a skeleton crew was "holding" the street. I am told that one person was arrested for trying to wake some of the others up.
