  • ok ofcouse;)

  • Don't get me wrong, but, was it really necessary to mention the fact you did this on an AlienWare pc?

Maybe this is just a quick tutorial and so you didn't mention the flaws in your model, but: the way you get rid of unused polygons ...

Whenever your models start to become REALLY complex you'd want to start reducing polygons wherever possible.

I should delete the 4 polygons on the side, connect new edges to 'm and fill the gaps...

And use the XYZ limiters on the left, keep the model clean. :)

  • Thanks for this video. You are the first decent Anim8tor tutorial I've come across that gives a well paced, step by step explanation of the program. You should do some more!

  • Thank you. It goes pretty fast but At least I can get an idea of how you can do things in that uneasy-to-use app.

  • Anim8or takes time and practice, so does Studio Max, which I still can't compare to the fast and easy to use interface of Anim8or (You can't compare them two, I know, but if you would want to do the same with Studio Max you need to be a little more experienced than you have to be with Anim8or.

Main positive point of Anim8or's interface: it's not that crowded as Studio Max' is :-).

Take the time to learn, it took me 4 years to start my first very complex model, just to give you an example.

  • I got it

  • mines doesnt bring up the dimensions when i click "Ok"

  • Reminds me of a spot light

  • Cool!
