This is Definitely my favorite! My grandma puts beef skin in hers. It gives it a chewy texture which is great! Jaew Bong Is excellent with Khao Nieow.

We have pla rah here in Sweden, it's called "surströmming" we eat it on crispy bread with butter, onion and boiled potatoes :).
