  • This is Definitely my favorite! My grandma puts beef skin in hers. It gives it a chewy texture which is great! Jaew Bong Is excellent with Khao Nieow. 

  • We have pla rah here in Sweden, it's called "surströmming" we eat it on crispy bread with butter, onion and boiled potatoes :).

    Maybe you mean dried beef?? It's my favorite food when I was pregnant.
