Moulin rouge is one of tis centuries greatest musicals and in my opinion it was the start of a new era in bringing new fans to this genre i still prefer sweeny todd but moulin rouge is a great film/musical (tony.webster36@yahoo.com)

this song always makes me emotional, imaging what Freddie Mercury must have gone through, so much pain. the lyrics I can relate to so much. Seeing it in this film made me feel that so much more. I don't think a song has ever had such a profound effect on me. Someone did a Moulin Rouge video to the Queen version of the song, I just couldn't hold back the tears.

@RainbowSunset2011 Sorry, but this song is off of the album Innuendo (The last album released while Freddie was still alive), the last album Queen did before Made In Heaven, (The album Freddie died during the making of) which is probably the album you are referencing. But yes, this song was written by, and credit is given to, Queen as a band. And if you still don't believe me, you can look it up, or just listen for Roger Taylor's voice in the background and the tone of Brian May's guitar :D
