They're both from 'Out of Odor.' 2:03 was from right before the short starts. It's Viewer Request Day, and they get a letter from a sick child who says she wants to see a Fifi cartoon because Fifi is her favorite. Fifi is tearfully moved by this, and agrees to do it, not realizing that the sick girl in question is in fact Elmyra.

I love this song! And I love Pepe, he is the original hotness, I just love his suave voice. There's not a lot of guys out there that know how to romance like him.

Plus he doesn't get depressed like Fifi, he keeps up with the hunt! Viva lamoure!

I think the reason why Fifi gets depressed so easily is because she is much younger than Pepe, and thus has much less experience at falling in love and being rejected than he does, so getting turned down hurts her more than it would him.
