@123idkuser Yep! Mine do that when they get water on their noses (or ears). They're trying to dry it off by rubbing it on the ground. My older shepherd will come up and rub the water off on my pant leg. If your dog isn't wet.. then maybe something it bothering it's eyes, nose or ears.. but if she's wet, definitely normal.

@arb1t3r1000 When GSD's are puppies the cartilage in their ears havn't formed fully and that's why their ears are floppy until adults. Also this is why most ask you not to play around with the puppies ears when they are young...so that the tender tissue growth wont be disrupted :)
