o my god people, its not a scam.

look up any major modeling/acting agency or company and some people are gonna say its a scam. y are they saying that? becuz theyre not good enough. they get you auditions for agencies, and if you have talent, you might get into the industry this way. if you don't have enough talent, then you get nowhere. but that's how it is in all of the places similar to this one. so if you take classes here and arent geting anywhere, it's not their fault u dnt hav enuf talent.

She got paid really well...

in this magazine i have it says something about I.P.O.P in L.A. where you can try out for major acting roles in movies or something like that, but do u have to have experience to try out for that stuff?like go to acting classes?

its not a ripoff i promise you. I went and auditioned for it and it ended up being sooo much fun. I met allot of cool ppl. Brenda Song,even Ashton Kutcher went to JPR. so much fun.

JRP i dont think is a scam....but it costs way too much just for classes. sure, it can work if you have alot of money, but for people like me who cant afford it, stick to something else.

JRP is only a scam if you let it be. During my first 24 weeks at JRP, I got trained in the first classes of how to audition for agents. When I finished all my classes, all I has was my training, bu then I got a mail that gave me a cheaper price to go back and do 12 more weeks. My second classes taught me a lot more and made me way more outgoing. I now signed a contract with a great agency. So, it's really how much you believe in yourself and how far you'll go for your dreams to come true

My first television appearance was in a Little Caesars commercial. I also played a minor role in a skit on MADtv. I started in acting when auditioning at the John Robert Powers acting agency.

I auditioned at JRP here in Montreal, I got accepted, and then they told me last minute on the phone call the day fter we cal back for results that it would cost me 2000$ and 10 000$ for a career.

Everyone who says its not a scam, well goodluck in the future because it's a ripoff that will get you no where.

Not all drama schools are pricey,join one get an agent and they get 10% of your pay if they get you work. You have to work hard to get where you want, not depend on money and scams.

JRP is a scam, because they tell everyone they'll make it and take everyone's money. The fattest, ugliest person would be accepted to JRP, and they'd take their money and never find them work. Sure some people make it, just like some people become professional basketball players, but no one is telling 12 yr olds that want to play pro basketball "Hey pay us $5,000 and we'll make you a basketball player!"
