No, it isn't a macro - it's a setting in the camera section of your Interface menu. Just increase the max zoom distance.

Tbh it varys depending on the rest of your raids gear and skill. You will need to be deff capped tho ofc, then i would say around 25/26k hp and probally around 47% avoidance

If you only did those 3 abilities as a Paladin, no Paladin would last two seconds as a tank. Paladins can generate more threat instantly than a Warrior can since Lich King was released.

Every tank has a chance to lose his or her threat, whether it's due to lack of building the threat properly, or members of the raid not giving the tank enough time to build sufficient threat. All tanks have their own forms of staying alive. However, no class is better in general at tanking than another. Every tanking class has certain situations where they are better than others, but not just in general. (Ie. AoE pulls are for Paladins back in BC - Not Warriors or Druids)

dude...have you played a pally tank in wrath or at all even? Your a damned idiot if you think those are the only 3 abilities your doing. It's more like: Avenger's Shield or HoR (pull), Judge, SoR, Holy shield, HotR, Cons, SoR, Exorcism, HotR, (and using HoR everytime its up on certain mobs and Holy Shield must be up at all times) repeat at Judge .....and that only depends what kind of mob, how many mobs your tanking, AND that can all change instantly!

As far as tanking is concerned, whether main or Off tanking, I would go as a Paladin tank, due to the fact that Paladins have more to offer than a Warrior tank. Buffs/Auras/Judgements, which make us a good tanking class. People may say that since Warriors have Last Stand which just increases their HP, and only for a short period of time, druids have the same sort of ability, while Paladins have Lay On Hands, restoring all of the target's Health, while costing ZERO mana.

he also forgot to mention that any adds that get hit by the lava walls grow large (you probably noticed this in the video), and get a big damage buff. This means the off-tank should pull them into the gaps, or have some DPS focus on the large ones

Would be nice to see some tactics involving 1 or 2 drakes left. Not just all 3. I dont see the point of doing it with 3 drakes left only for a mount drop, unless your raidgroup is really tight and skilled. Will all drakes down this is too easy. 1 drake will be ok i think, but will we need 3 tanks instead of 2 ?

Just as a note for DPS/Healers. The tail does stun you and hit for small damage if you are caught in it. The stun is only about 2 seconds (please reply if it is longer/shorter) but can seriously interrupt healing. Avoiding the tail is very easy as the range is small but please make note if the tank has to turn Sartharion that this may occur.

a fast tip for the eggs portion. just skip that portal all together tank the drake near where the adds will spawn it( by where the portal spawned.) and when the adds come out just AoE them all down and heal as much as you can thru it all its the fatest way ive done it yet. and the group im running with for it isnt the best for dps so it sems to work better that way. just a suggestion though.

I am probably gonna get bashed for this for some reason but I found out from someone you can do a console command for camera distance which I found my main problem was I couldn't zoom out. I think its something like /console maxcameradistance 9. Just mentioning if someone had the same problem I did you can see the gap now. I did OS today and avoided the flame walls finally =)

Cider, thanks alot. My guild on draka just finished obsidian on friday. It went perfect, i personaly main tanked it and followed you tactics. The fire tho, i didnt zoom out to much the lava walls were slow and one of the casters just yelled out on vent from which side it was coming. Made it much easier. thanks cider.
