Ed Hooper is an investigative journalist. He found evidence and testimony from vaccine workers that they used chimpanzee tissue as part of the production process in Africa. Fact: There is direct evidence in the form of testimony before a house subcommittee of an AIDS like bioweapon being contemplated by the Defense Dept. in 1969.

Fact: The time for expected results occurred on target with time the epidemic was recognized.

Critical analysis of the larger picture of possibilities begs some fair questions: Why an epidemic now and not hundreds or thousands of years ago when all the activities and natural modes of transmission were present and more likely? Why an epidemic ONLY during the time of vaccines from primates and contemplated bioweapons matching the description of AIDS?

@eVVVVV Sorry for the typo--the factor in the HIV/AIDS epdemic that is different is that it is a Lentivirus, spread by intimate conact instead of an airborne,waterborne, or digestive vector. That there have been other epidemics is indeed relevent--none of them have been caused by intent with the exception of a small number that afflicted native Americans as a result of contact with whites intent upon infecting them with European diseases for hostile purposes.

Intent was presented in Dept. of Defense testimony in 1969 for a project being considered to "explore the feasibility" of developing a "synthetic biological agent" that would be "refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease."

It seems you to fail to realize that a bioweapon that is not casually transmitted is far more easily dealt with than the examples you cite. Thus making the decision to test or use such an agent much less problematic. Especially if tested in a sexual minority.

I did my schooling in England, Sri Lanka and Australia, and my medical training in Queensland, Australia. I graduated from the University of Queensland in 1983 with a medical degree (MBBS) after attending Brisbane's Church of England Grammar School.

Following my graduation, I did my internship at Royal Brisbane Hospital followed by 2 years at the Royal Children's Hospital.

My professional career has been mainly in clinical medicine as a family doctor in Melbourne, though I have taught anatomy and physiology to hypnotherapy students in Melbourne (1998-9) and mind-body medicine at Swinburne Uni.
