a couple of your comments have been marked as removed.
Now, how can I re-read them and prove it to you?
Anyway, "living in denial " is a comment enough provocative from your end.
Previously, I was saying, "motherf*cker" is more derogatory than calling someone 'monkey'. Apparently, in Australia the later is more derogatory.. In that sense, I said, "Harbhajan calling someone monkey is not at all as much derogatory, IS PERFECTLY ALRIGHT."
Cultural differences, which you people should understand.
As depressing, feeble and mediocre as Dhoni's captaincy (and batting) has been throughout this tour, you still have to feel sorry for him and his teammates dealing with the BCCI, Indian media and crazed and delusional Indian cricket fans. Would drive any sportsman nuts.
The best thing about 2011, jakass racists like this woodcourt, had a nice beating in the world cup. Now, we dont have to hear non-sense from these good for nothing racists that their team is the world champion. LOL!
best thing about this summer is suckers like cheekASSri ;) has had to watch his tormented team torn apart by this young exciting team that he detests. cheekASSri and his friends actually thought India were going to have a chance in this series (LOL)
Wow talk about a billion people living in denial.
7 Straight away losses in test cricket. Must be tough to deal with knowing that if your team isn't playing in the comforts of home they collapse like a house of cards. :)
Who were your ancestors (criminals who were sent to prison there)? ;)
talking about losses..lol...what is it that you know of life? A loser is some one who does not understand humility is important in both victory and defeat. At least we have a brave face and accept we lost fairly...BTW, Warne was continuously raped by Indian batsmen. He himself never forgot that. ;)
@cheekasri what has aborigines and your employment status got to do with cricket? Surely it's not your insecurity showing through as your cricket arguments have been exposes as lame and non-existent?
Keep up with your deflections it shows you can't handle the truth about your flagging teams fortunes. :)
It has got to do. Because, on one hand you are talking about cricket.on the other, you are calling all Indians racists, smelly people and people living in denial. So yeah..all of these things have to come up.
>inconsistent is you. The moment you saw me coming back at you on racism and lack of culture, you are on the defense and are ready to go back to the cricket talk.
@cheekasri Please. I called Harbajhan a racist. Not Indians. Smelly indians? Why are you making this up? Said nothing about Indian's culture either. The thing I will admit to saying is a lot of Indian fans are deluded about their teams ability and it's sort of been demonstrated correctly judging by 3-0 loss.
You're now over-reaching, searching for evidence of racism and when you can't find it you're making it up.
I've always been about cricket and fans of cricket. Re-read the posts.
I talking about redneck-aussies who have an internet connection and racially abuse others in general. i take it that you did not call indians smelly ...until now...not an evidence that you never do..considering the hatred you have for us. ;)
@cheekasri you're waffling a bit. Either I did say Indians were smelly or, I didn't. Yes, i'm not sure what is worse redneck aussie racists or thousands of Indian fans who cheered the monkey comment. I've heard that Indians think of black people in a completely disparaging light. Were you one of them? Judging by you defence of H.Singh...sounds like you were.
You may not have said. I cant be sure since I read some of your previous comments. They have been deleted, apparently. I saw some really abusive comments from you.
Color of a person is not important in India.
I will support harbhajan. Fact is Indian people as a race have not abused any other person based on color. Even if there is a reference to color in our comments, there is no hatred. unlike the the old white man(19th century) who called all other colored people as slaves.
@cheekasri So if an Indian calls a black man a monkey it's okay because there is no hatred? Why the need to refer to his colour then if it's not hatred. You're excusing him and underplaying the seriousness of racism. It's a bit like you're saying - it's only a racist term if they say it but if we say it's excusable. You are not telling me there has never been no racial tensions between Indians and native folk in Indonesia, South Africa, Malaysia etc. I know there have been!
@cheekasri yes, anti-christian indians have killed foreigners in India even in the last few years. Im not going to expect you to defend that just as asking me to explain the actions of a few minorities is completely absurd. Are you aware of how ridiculous you sound?
you are completely wrong. you have your facts wrong.
in 1994, a missionary ouple was killed in India. It was a hate crime. The murdered was hanged. That has got to do with religion.
Ridiculous sounding is you..You are slipping the dirt of hatred in your country under the carpet and trying to sound good. Insane..is the word right for you.
BTW It was completely ridiculous and utterly ignorant of you to state that there have been crimes against people of other races in India, except that there have been only 5-6 such cases based on race. I was looking at a wikipedia page, "crimes against foreigners in India"..I was also looking at "crime against Indian students in Australia"..Then you may know what crime is. Good luck there...mate! ;)
5-6 cases were not racially motivated...These are the homicides I am talking about, in total. Only one of these three crimes has been proved to be religiously motivated. That person was rightly hanged as I said. The rest are not racially/religiously motivated. These were robbery cases.
BTW, I have no hard feelings mate, for anyone.
But, I think one must know each other's cultures before judging why we do what we do..why we support what we support.
@cheekasri of course I don't hold you responsible. I was trying to demonstrate how it's rather pointless to represent each other by the actions of violent people. It's a shame you feel Australia is a racist country, cheekasri -- particularly as you live here. I think we both believe violent crimes perpetuated by anybody is heinous. The murders of Indian students in Australia is shameful.
Most people (99.999% in India)still stick to this idea. Actually, 5-6 racial cases in over 10 years is very low. Dont you think? Esp. when you see attacks at our home..Australia?
In 2011, in Australia, we have seen a huge decrease in Indian students citing racism!
This cant be good for the economy here.
As you may know a major portion of graduate students (usually masters) are Indian students, around the world.
@cheekasri I think even aside from the terrible student murders, the poor wages and blatent exploitation of foreign student workers and the poor administration and corruption in the training colleges and schools used by foreign students means Australia deserves to have lost students and therefore income. The Australian federal and state governments have been derelict in their duty to regulate the industry and protect vulnerable students.
I cited the figures of racist crimes in both countries..because, when we call indians racists or supporters of racism, we really should compare the hate crimes in both countries..I hope you got my point. Anyway, peace to all. May humanity go places...and our batting improves in the next test..to see a thriller.
@cheekasri Amen! I think Kohli has made a breakthrough in Perth and look forward to seeing him in Adelaide. I've just read that Dhoni has been banned from the Adelaide test due to slow over-rates. Look forward to the spinners back in the line-ups also. Apologies for not always being humble in victory. Best wishes.
@Woodcourt ha ha..see when harbhu called symonds a monkey, he did NOT refer to his color. Did he?
It is his hair that made him look like one. In some of our movies, people with weird heridos and weird makeups are often made fun of. Its not that they mean color has got to do with civilization. A monkey is not black, by the way but it does stupid things...This is how a monkey is thought of. We dont see the darwin theory when we see the monkey...although we accept the darwin theory of evolution.
If supporting a cricket team at any cost is living in denial. Supporting yourself for the many crimes committed is the height of living in denial. Dont you think?
But this is a discussion for another day. Just dont call anyone delusional. even Zimbabwean, Bangladeshi fans must support their team and trust their abilities. Indian team at all points in history has been a better team and you cant deny India has been the only challenger to Australia in the last decade(until 2007.)...
@cheekasri Dearie me. There is a difference between supporting your team fully and actually being able to appraise them accurately. Even passionate supporters can be realistic about their performance.
As for India v Australia. India has always been difficult for Australia to beat in India. Just as India struggles against good fast bowling, Australia struggles against quality off-spin. For us the pinnacle is to beat England as it's our oldest rivalry. It's harder to beat India in India tho
I think you need to read this statement in a separate comment. For some reason, you are ignoring me saying, "India was comprehensively beaten in the field in Australia..Complete batting failure and some wonderful swing bowling from Australia".
I said this many times...you kept talking about Indians being smelly, racism, living in denial, etc..
So, yeh I was only responding to your stupid comments.
Test series is over already! Thanks India for not coming to Australia early and preparing for the extra bounce. Thanks India for keeping your old tired hackneyed batsman who can't bat in Australian conditions. Thanks India for crying over crowd comments, pitches and off-field issues and taking your focus off the onfield battle. Thanks India for choosing overweight bowlers, sluggish fieldsman and a negative-minded captain who played into our hands. Aust 3-India 0. Winning it's the best!
currently im fearing for India's future. All these heroes have come back crashing back to earth. Very Very Simple Laxman technique has been found out. The wall has more holes than a piece of swiss cheese. Tendulkar is a stats chaser. 100 hundreds. How is that going? LOL Sehwag is flagging badly. Ishant hasnt got better in 4 years and Zaheer should stay away from the plum pudding. Plus, the other players know Dhoni cant captain at test level due to negative field placements.
Same thing happened for aus in the 80s. Continues to happen to the mighty windies since the 90s.
It all depends on how things will turn out.
About DRS then why has the rest of the world not been able to make India accept it? Feel like a loser? wait 'whether an Indian(myself) being a manager in your country matters or not' hell yes it matters. It just shows we Indians can happily earn your jobs and still beat the sh!t outta haters like you!Future is ours in cricket too..let us see.;)
@cheekasri I don't care whether you are a manager in any country. I don't care about you at all. I just love highlighting your poor arguments and hypocrisy. I love how you think a win off the field is significant. Win a test series in Australia or South Africa if you want to hang your hat on something worthwhile. While your home pitches remain docile and bland and away pitches remain lively and bouncy you will be struggling to win abroad as is your history in cricket.
You called my fellow Indians names. I was also retorting to that, by saying.."Hey look, the same Indians have your jobs! We are becoming more successful...slowly but surely".
On field stuff?
Lol. I pity your view of the world.
You seem to think today is the end of the world. NOPE. Tomorrow exists and we might see the total dominance of India in cricket as well..Stop veiling your hatred. I can see you are on the back foot now! ;)
@cheekasri I'm not surprised you want to talk about tomorrow given the state of your cricket team today. ;)
It's been a great series. Your negativity doesn't take away Australian cricket is back on the way up. We were horrible last year in the Ashes and we have hit back with a ruthless determination. We still have inadequacies in the middler order and with the keeper but if this can be rectified we will be a force again particularly for the next ashes tour.
@cheekasri maybe it's amazing to you that you won the world cup. As an Australian I have seen my team win three of them in a row and seen your cricket board deny Australia our right to host the world cup.
Here is what phoney Dhoni won't achieve for your country. An overseas win against South Africa, an overseas win against England and an overseas win against Australia. Then again none of you fans even turn up to watch test cricket. They are happy with 20/20 crap.
may be you missed out..ricky ponting and allan border and steve..none of whom have had stronger arms than dhoni. :/
May be this will pump some sense..just may be ---> "Win or lose, battle or sport, play it in the right spirit "..loud-mouth Chappell's infamous under-arm, racism against murali(your board against him) or may be the sydney-test-fiasco(2008).
I would rather accept a 100 defeats than be a supporter of a winning team that has promoted only hooliganism in the team.
@cheekasri LOL racism? You mean like Harbajhan calling Symonds a monkey? The whole world knows this is a racist term. Then your board refused to accept your punishment because you're a pack of whiners and threatened to discontinue the tour. Yep, you would be used to 100 defeats look at your shocking record in test cricket and one day cricket. By the way, our board had nothing to do with Murali. Get your facts straight, half-wit.
In India, while heckling, one may call another monkey. It is not at all racist there. To call some one 'motherf*ker' can even get you killed in India. we value our mothers more than you do...perhaps. Hence, cant take such sh!t. Do you understand cultures? NO! Get an education...you might.
@cheekasri It doesn't matter whether it's offensive in India or not. Harbhajan travels around the world. Are you saying he lives in a bubble culture and is culturally unaware of what offends people in the rest of the world? Ignorance won't cut it my friend. Who cares whether motherf*cker is deemed as offensive in India...you are just deflecting his behavior behind ignorance (which you have demonstrated beautifully)
@cheekasri ricky ponting has won three world cups. LOL you don't even know cricket history. How are you enjoying the current test match? LMAO at Tendulkar crying when he was giving lbw. But he cant challenge it because you guys refused DRS. lolololololololololol
Ponting has won 2 ICC 50 over World cups. Steve Captained in 1999, not ricky. Captaincy is the point here.
You dont understand how DRS is predictive technology. Naked eyes work better than such predictive technologies at least as of today. Sometimes it will go against you which is not very different from DRS.
I have thoroughly enjoyed Ben Hilfy's swing bowling. He stands out.
and hey, btw..I live in Australia..I earn a lot..I am a manager in an IT Firm...I took one of your jobs! ;)
@cheekasri That's right. Ponting has two world cup wins as Captain. That's one more in my book. The embarrasing thing is your bowlers allowed Ponting a century in Sydney (embarrased for you face) DRS is here to stay the rest of the cricket world accepts it. Once again it's India's intransigence that refuses to accept what will be the future. Hilfenhaus resurgence is good for cricket. You flirting with me dude? I won't go out with you until you become a microsurgeon at least. ;)
fuck off media, know the media's responsibilities, hey reporter do you tell about ur boss affair and your ur date with ur girl firend. I am also having the right for the information can u tell me
EXCUSE ME PPL...BUT PLZ TELL ME -1.DOES ANYONE LIKING TIS GIT OF A THING HV ANY BRAINS....2. Y DOESNT MEDIA UNDERSTAND TAT EVEN DHONI IS A HUMAN-BEING ..??? Y DONT THEY UNDERSTAND TAT DHONI HAS A RIGHT TO B ANGRY...THE MEDIA POSES SUCH QUES ..TAT MAKES OTHERS ANGRY....INDIA BIGGEST PROBLEM IS MEDIA....
wow this has to be the biggest crap video ever... the media is filled of assholes and jerkoffs... there is no reason for them to ask for more respect and more attention... they get more than they already need.... indian media is an absolute joke...
dhoni's no way the best captain of india!!..this motherfucker is full of favouritism!! its just his good time!!..the main reason is all other teams have deproved!!..so india seems to be a gud team!!..which is not the truth!!
fuk u media stopp pissing our players!!they do a better job thanu guys... well atleast they are contributing in some way to the nation...not like u guys who love to make up bullshit~
MS dhoni is the best captain who keeps it always cool and calm, even if he is in a pressure situation.. he dosent let the game pressure hit his thinkings.....
He's India's greatest ever captain! The media scrutinise sports stars in every country in the world, it's their job to make big things out of nothing.
If I see Arnab Goswami on Times Now getting angry, what is the problem, if Dhoni is upset. It happens because of today's news channel. Just y;day all the news channel started yelling that the trophy given was fake without clarifying or understanding the meaning of perpetual trophy. It created confusion, anger among the citizens. Who is responsible for such chaos - definitely YOU THE MEDIA. I have never seen any channel saying SORRY for their mistakes. Please change yourself.
Ya right! News-x-live.. Who the F watches you? Such an irrelevant news coverage! Now is the right time to say this, India having won the world cup! Dhoni's uber cool. And you guys can happily kiss my royal arse!
The media needs a limit... A line has to be drawn. Dhoni is right when he says - there is a line between stupidity and intelligence... and i think the media should learn this difference from Dhoni. Captain`s cool losing his cool is perfectly justified, because obviously the media as usual stick on him like leeches... Its the same like barking dogs in the middle of the night... anyone would get pissed.
A. Raja is a God, he is a Lord.He is highly revered and very sacred.Everone must bow before A.Raja, worship him because he is the God.Bramhims must wash his feet and imbibe it to get heaven and to free from all type of sin.Support Raja to save the world.
If anythings happen with Lord A.Raja, The world will be destroyed and will be lost forever because of his curse.
media is now a f***ing thing..bullshit ..they get the shit out of da players just for der TRPs ..when all is going well they take hom 2 da peak telling he is da nmber 1 players...when sometimes things go wrong they tell that hes not fit 2 be a captain what da fuck is dis..i m not supporting dhoni ..im supporting the country
im an indian.Proud to be one..however im not so proud of the indian media.there is something seriously wrong in their intentions when it comes to reporting...i dont think majority of the top indian reporters can be given the task of representing india overseas...they will blunder...
oh my god... the indian media is so spoilt by all the viewership they have. they feel they have entitlement to all the players' health issues before the team and management is ready to talk about it. what the hell? the media doesn't have a right to know about these things before the team has had a chance to evaluate the situation and make some decisions.
and the media is not doing anyone a favor by reporting the success of the team.
FUCK INDIAN MEDIA>>THEY CAN FUCK DEMSELFS

It just shows we Indians can happily earn your jobs and still beat the sh!t outta haters like you!Future is ours in cricket too..let us see.;)

@cheekasri I don't care whether you are a manager in any country. I don't care about you at all. I just love highlighting your poor arguments and hypocrisy. I love how you think a win off the field is significant. Win a test series in Australia or South Africa if you want to hang your hat on something worthwhile. While your home pitches remain docile and bland and away pitches remain lively and bouncy you will be struggling to win abroad as is your history in cricket.

@Woodcourt
poor arguments/Hippocratic?
I guess it is you!
I can see you are on the back foot now! ;)
cheekasri 1 month ago
@cheekasri I'm not surprised you want to talk about tomorrow given the state of your cricket team today. ;)
It's been a great series. Your negativity doesn't take away Australian cricket is back on the way up. We were horrible last year in the Ashes and we have hit back with a ruthless determination. We still have inadequacies in the middler order and with the keeper but if this can be rectified we will be a force again particularly for the next ashes tour.

@Woodcourt
You are right about the aussie team doing well now.
I said in my comment the other day, that I enjoyed the swing bowling of hilfy.
I would be more than happy if Australia win the Ashes again.

He has won us 2 World cups - T20 WC and 2011 ODI WC.
What have the millions of those with strong, muscled arms done to their country ?
cheekasri 2 months ago
@cheekasri maybe it's amazing to you that you won the world cup. As an Australian I have seen my team win three of them in a row and seen your cricket board deny Australia our right to host the world cup.
Here is what phoney Dhoni won't achieve for your country. An overseas win against South Africa, an overseas win against England and an overseas win against Australia. Then again none of you fans even turn up to watch test cricket. They are happy with 20/20 crap.
Woodcourt 1 month ago
@Woodcourt
may be you missed out..ricky ponting and allan border and steve..none of whom have had stronger arms than dhoni. :/
May be this will pump some sense..just may be ---> "Win or lose, battle or sport, play it in the right spirit "..loud-mouth Chappell's infamous under-arm, racism against murali(your board against him) or may be the sydney-test-fiasco(2008).
I would rather accept a 100 defeats than be a supporter of a winning team that has promoted only hooliganism in the team.
cheekasri 1 month ago
@cheekasri LOL racism? You mean like Harbajhan calling Symonds a monkey? The whole world knows this is a racist term. Then your board refused to accept your punishment because you're a pack of whiners and threatened to discontinue the tour. Yep, you would be used to 100 defeats look at your shocking record in test cricket and one day cricket. By the way, our board had nothing to do with Murali. Get your facts straight, half-wit.
Woodcourt 1 month ago
@Woodcourt
Harbhajan calling Symonds a monkey is a joke.

Woodcourt 1 month ago
@Woodcourt

I won't go out with you until you become a microsurgeon at least. ;)

Please change yourself.
sanjaysi2010 11 months ago
Ya right! News-x-live.. Who the F watches you? Such an irrelevant news coverage! Now is the right time to say this, India having won the world cup! Dhoni's uber cool. And you guys can happily kiss my royal arse!
zak21garnett 11 months ago
The media needs a limit... A line has to be drawn. Dhoni is right when he says - there is a line between stupidity and intelligence... and i think the media should learn this difference from Dhoni. Captain`s cool losing his cool is perfectly justified, because obviously the media as usual stick on him like leeches... Its the same like barking dogs in the middle of the night... anyone would get pissed.

oh my god... the indian media is so spoilt by all the viewership they have. they feel they have entitlement to all the players' health issues before the team and management is ready to talk about it. what the hell? the media doesn't have a right to know about these things before the team has had a chance to evaluate the situation and make some decisions.
and the media is not doing anyone a favor by reporting the success of the team.
