Vlachs is is a slavic term that originaes from the germanic walah. It means romance speaker of the balkans. Poles for example have Wolloch for both Romanians and Italians. Vlachs = Romanians.
I say Dacian/Illyrian because they're fairly related and we don't have a way to be right. Nissius was in a Dacian populace even though the province was called Illyricum.

1) Have first priority to the Church of the Holy Sepulchure in Jerusalem.
