(: yeah, it's definitely comfortable. i feel like it gives better support than the neverfull - whereas if it is heavy, the thin straps on the neverfull may dig into your shoulder :( for the most part, it stays on. i have small shoulders so sometimes it'll slide off if i'm holding other things in my hands.
