  • thank you so much!in england we cant buy axolotl food in pet shops but they sell frozen blood worms so im defo doing this :)

  • @tinybenni I great source of food for axolotls is earth worms along as you can get them from a source that you know there are no chemicals like pesticides they should be safe. like from a compost heap. I also feed brine shrimp to vary his diet a little more and he has been growing very rapidly.

  • What a great idea! Thanks for sharing!

  • Do reptile bowls have bad chemicals? If yours did, how did you prepare it? I might get one.

  • @FuzzKitty141 I cant imagine it would have harmful chemicals as it is made for animals. i did however wash it with hot water before adding it to the tank.

  • @reptilecreation well, it could nto effect reptiles but it would harm axolotls. thanks though!!

  • @FuzzKitty141 Its posible but i have had it with him eating out of that dish for a good while and he is very active and happy

  • @reptilecreation alright, thank you!

  • Your tank and axolotl look very good :) And cute way to feed him from a bowl.

  • I'm thinking about buying an axolotl.. Is that all i have too feed him/her? And how often? Please reply! :)

  • @vsyran Its a fairly good way of feeding but it can't hurt to give them earthworms all the time if you have a garden to dig them up in where there isn't to muh chemical fertilizers or anything.

  • how many liters???

  • @dirtbikekillen in this video he is in a 10 gallon but i have a 30 gallon now.

  • @Bananaman12310000 I got him from pet land, i know the employees well and they told me they could order a axolotl and i jumped on the oportunity.

  • Great video!

  • Thats cool

  • wow, nice ... can hardly tell it's underwater, he looks like a magical floating creature... :-)

  • @tomsterst lol

  • intersesting an underwater dish who knew!

  • @RockinReptiles1 seems counterintuitive but its very use-full as he is very messy when he eats.
