@1995yaz The four group Magar, Gurung, Rai and Limbu were classified under Namasine(Unslavable) matawalis (liquor drinkers) in Muluki Ain (National Code of Nepal) of 1854 written by J.B Rana with help from Brahmin advisers. The rest of the Nepalese were made slaves. The Tharu suffered the worst as they were made as bonded labour(Kamaiya). Many other Nepalis were made dalits(untouchables) because of this code.
