  • Farrokh Bulsara.... perfect voice, classically trained on the piano, songwriter, designed Queens logo....collector of Japanese art..Beautiful,shy sweet and yes ...sexy... part of something so perfect. Brian May Guitar Master Brilliant song writter, Roger Taylor great on drums and that falsetto John Deacon wrote some of Queen's most memorible songs and amazing bass player. I miss your presence Freddie Mercury..I admire how you lived...and died on your terms.Glad I got to see Queen LIVE

  • I love the invisible piano player!

  • @krahd He is the Invisible Man.

  • @krahd 0:27 john deacon. is playing.

  • I was born in 1996 and i think, i live in world possed by plastic music, bands and peoples.. 60's,70's,80's come back, please.

    Freddie, M.Jackson.. come back, please.!

    Today's music should spread wings!

  • 22 yle visac ar moecona

  • i love you and this amazing song!!

    there is only one Queen

  • if I got the chance to meet John Deacon, I'd ask him if he could teach me the bass line for this song.

  • Argh I love his shades!

  • i fell in love with queen when i first listened to this song at the age of 13.

then i fell in love with all of my father's massive CD and record collection, which my mother was eager to throw away.

  • Freddie is very sexy here! I adore the video and the song, too! John Deacon was such a talented songwriter.

  • WHY don't people play this kind of stuff anymore?

  • I love this song

  • oh lord freddie in the liam gallagher normal yob mode...and owning all again.

  • So beautiful song. Rock poetry

  • such an under rated song this is brilliant!

  • Nice star glasses.

  • I am a lifelong Queen fan and I think that this beautiful song connects with all the people stuck in dead end jobs and lives and still have dreams. I am one of those people - Keep the Faith. Crying and smiling at the same time. All the dreamers out there - never give up and keep the dream XXX

  • love DEAKY and FREDDIE 4EVER XD XD!!!!

  • This is truly BRILLIANT...John Deacon was really, really brilliant lyricist and so with Freddie, Brian and Roger... :)))

  • 60's we had the Beatles 70's we had Queen 80's we got MJ 90's Phish 2000's... Justin Beiber., and Lady Gaga. (I like the 1900's better)

  • pretty sick!!! i accidently clicked on this ....check what i was looking for

"freestyle(of arsonists) spread your wings" its a sad and classic story

  • 1980. Shacked up with a gal, last name Furbush. (I kid you not!!) One of only 2 8 Tracks we had. This and Magical Mystery tour. She tried to play Helen Reddy but it disappeared one day. Anyway this tune takes my back to those days of sex, drugs and rock & roll. The atmosphere of the 80's will not return in my lifetime. I feel bad for anyone who did not live it. Peace out gang.

  • Freddie was drunk here, so John had to pretend playing the piano XD

  • Did he borrow the glasses from Elton?

  • Spread your wings and fly away

    Fly away far away

  • I think that it is beautiful song

  • John Deacon-tastic...John wrote few, but great...!

  • @MsRubyQ What a co-incidence! :)

  • @MsRubyQ I was 13 when I started so don't worry it will touch ure soul in everytime...

  • Great, but BBC version is better.

  • when im listening to that song i fly far away, thanks many times

  • why do they have a like button for this song? theyre should be a FUCKEN LOVE IT button

  • Hey Sammy, who do ya think that ya are? =D

  • Queen é showww, Freddie Mercury é sensacional!!!! SBC-SP 14-10-10

  • When my older sisters would go out at night I'd raid their record collections and listen to all the great 70s rock and pop. This was one of the songs I'd listen to over and over again. I was 6 years old when this was released! I never heard this on the radio. No one told me this was great. I just FELT it. All these years later, I still get chills from the opening piano notes. What a gift their music is. Queen was truly a magnificent collection of musicians at the top of their game.

  • Two notable things: this is one of the few Queen videos that dont feature May's "Red Special." It was filmed at the same time We Will Rock You, in Roger's backyard in the dead of winter. Though Deacon appears playing piano, Freddie actually played it on the session

  • strange location. where was it?

  • @robertodowneso rogers backyard lol

  • @JBFANSSERIOUSLYCRAZY Wasn't it Freddie's?

  • Spreeddd your little wings and fliy awayyy :D

  • This is the only song from Queen that I like. And it's great.

  • adoro da morire questa canzone e li amo...

  • I had a brief live-in back in 1980. Her last name was "Furbush", I can't make stuff up like that. We had News of the World on record. This was our favorite LP and this was my favorite tune. 30 years later, sans Ms. Furbush, I still love this classic. If you ever run across Ms. Furbush in North Texas, be sure she has all the money cause you ain't gonna last long. Peace out Gang.

  • this song is so beautiful and melancholy ... I love it =) no doubt that the Queen deserve to be among the best rock bands ever. Greetings from Portugal

  • @warbandit1990 Hey, I´m from Portugal too.

Great King Rat... e a Ogre Battle?

  • @TheJumpyPopcorn Lol, fica bem! =)

  • *** I love this song! Queen 4 ever! ***

  • I love how freddie is still kicking ass even though you can tell hes freezing HIS off haha

  • I was named after this song! (i.e. in my name is Sam lol) Because my mum didn't want me to be called Freddie XD I'm glad my dad chose to name me after this song though, I love it. He used to sing it to me when I was little ^^ One of Queens best songs in my opinion (though admittedly, I'm biased haha)

  • @Moonshadooable Good thing they didn't call you Farrokh :D

  • @EatYourVegs lmao Yeah, don't think my mum would have agreed to that either tbh XD

  • QUEEN forever!!!!!!!!!!

  • One of the best song! Freddie is a legend

  • Roger was probably cold :) . Look at his face while he is playing. And I now see Roger has very slim legs. Remember the blond chich from I want to break free

  • ROCKY RACCOON O__O

  • This song is beautiful <3

The lyrics are amazing and truthful.

    Queen forever.

  • @MrsBrendanUrie18 x 20 years for me

  • simple and genius the one from Queen, I love it. It's just rock'n'roll!! My SP was very scrapped after plenty used under stylus and i''ve been under thorny but really good mood.

  • GO DEAKY!

  • Freddie Mercury always makes me smile while his singing cheers me up.

  • última canción, mi favorita del disco.

  • Queen = 3 excellent musicians and 1 God.

nothing else must be said. \m/

  • i dont understand why people say there is no proof of god when you can cleary see him in this video

  • he got such a clear and strong voice.. everything that comes out of his mound is meant to sound like that

  • By far one of the best Queen songs ever!!!

  • this song rocks!!!!!! freddie is without a doubt the best!

  • Filmed in Rogers back yard. ;)

  • i love this song, freddie is the best

  • John is the most underrated person in Queen. Just because hes quiet and doesn't sing doesn't mean he isnt AMAZING!! He writes the cute, loveable, and romantic songs. He is my 3rd favorite song writer of the bunch.

    1. freddie 2. brian 3. john 4. roger

  • @sara1893

I think Freddie's shadow tends to eclipse the other members. All of Queen were incredibly talented and John was just as essential as Freddie in his own subtle way. This is my favorite Deacon song :D

  • Freddie always put himself a lot into John's song, I guess he found them easy to sing, loved them or maybe just wanted John to be happy with them. Anyway, nothing can beat a John Deacon song sung by Freddie Mercury. You're My Best Friend and Spread Your Wings are easily one of his best vocals performances.

  • i absolutely love queen , freddie mercury was so amazing, i just wish i was alive when he was, to bad i was born in the 90's

  • Legendary, one of the very very best bands ever.

  • The chorus is so !ROCK!

  • john deacon is a great song writer

  • red special seems to be yellow! os ot the proper light or is it just a yellow replica of it?

  • @GreatQueenFan Brian wouldn't the Red Special out in the snow.

That was his spare stage guitar, that got broken some years later.

  • @GreatQueenFan Brian wouldn't take the Red Special out in the snow.

That was his spare stage guitar, that got broken some years later.

  • were was this recorded?

  • @1990Freddiemercury Roger´s backyard XD
