@7thString84 The guitar tuning is basicly preety cristalized in the spanish guitar tuning. But there we're a lot of other tunings in other tipes of string instruments like guitars. Has Dev said, Jimmy Page use a lot of them, and bring different tunnings to rock music, that creats another perspective in guitar playng, and new ways of playing guitar. Some people, just pick up some stuff that Page did. dev was one of them

Basically the tuning I play is identical to the one that Devin uses on his open

major tuned six-string guitars. Only two full steps further down, starting with

A instead of C. So my tuning is A-E-A-E-A-D# instead of C-G-C-G-C-E.

Feels great, sounds great. A bit complicted to keep the correct intonation

over the whole fretboard on standard scale guitars, but then again, they

were never meant to go that far down key-wise originally. I might get

a baritone soon. That should fix it.

The part about Planet Waves cables making everything sound better is completely true.

I use (well, used) a pair of Monster cables to run my keyboard to my amp. I tried a pair of Planet Waves cables after watching this, and WOW. HUGE HUGE HUGE HUGE IMPROVEMENT. The Monsters sounded a bit confined and didn't capture the whole keyboard. The PW cables make the tone much richer and really cover the entire range of the keyboard well.
