This is the lower gait stuff that commonly gets put on the back burner. If we get the stomp-great! If we miss-(which at-speed is probable), we will typically have the sweep as a back up- I like that we 'continue' in the commitment rather than being frustrated at not getting the exact move we set out for. I have never seen this kind of trapping with the foot. You are amazing. Please post something about your teachers soon, I would love to know where this skill comes from.
