Uh,I just looked at the Rugrats Theory. Yeah, this guy is good at fanfiction, but I don't think that's what it's really about. Really, Angelica was so supposed to be at that childish age where kids don't really talk that well, four and five. Supposedly, being that young makes her still able to communicate with the babies. Just talk with a four-year old for a while and see how close it is to baby talk.

I definitely don't believe that the show Rugrats was really about that at all. I think it's easy to create theories like this, but the creators of this show didn't sit down in at nickalodeon studios and decide to make a show with a hidden meaning like this. I mean lets be real. This is a nice song but this theory is nothing more than that. A theory.
