  • if its hd, you should edit and upload with hd, just saying, great vid and music...

  • Did the same thing on my mothers Boxster S. Love the GoPros's

  • Bastard didnt stop at the stop sign! :O

  • I only clicked on this for your car....well worth it sir

  • nice camera, nicer car. great vid...

  • thankyou for replying... It's good to know the suction cup actually works but it's still kinda scary to have your camera holding on by a suction cup off the side of the car...

I cant wait to try it out and make some videos....thankyou for your time fjpdds!!!

  • czechmate,

Thanks. I used the suction cup on the outside shots. It is impressively reliable on painted steel or aluminum, and even clearbra. Test 2 was run off of rollbar bracket. The light balance was better with that, then in Test 1 using suction cup off rear window. Inside angle shots with suction cup off passenger window.

Good lick hope to see some of yours soon.

  • btw... Your car is beautiful.

  • Awesome video.. what attachments did you use to get some of those angles? did you use the suction cup or the clip-ons with the 3m tape on them? I'm curious cause I just bought a go pro hd and would love to shoot similar videos.

    Thankyou

  • nice video editing...

Could you tell what is the software you used for doing that? I need it... ;o)

Tks in advance for your reply.

  • @agustamorini

Thanks, it was done with imovie on am iMac.

  • Thanks for the comments.

I do love that car at redline. It is joyful an amazingly fast. That usually a occurs on a race track, or a nice on-ramp.

An FYI for you, the GT3 is rear wheel drive only.

  • only a porsche owner that doesnt push it would do that kinda vid music. lol.

nice vid splice up...lets see it at an autocross! push it the way they were designed! lol. even a dig run would look good with that. put that AWD to motion!

  • Nice video.

Would you be kind enough to tell me the name of the Artist/Song used in this video. Thanks.

  • Sure. It's by Sting, "A Thousand Years".

  • @fjpdds

    Thanks for the info.

Heard the song years ago in a clothing store and never new what the song title was or the artist name.

I'm a music producer, so I know good sounding music when I hear it.

I'm about to get get either the GoProHD or the ContourHD1080p. Still viewing loads of videos to compare. I may get both. LOL

This summer I'll be doing a lot of day biking videos. I mainly bike ride at night cause I have more fun when using my Niterider SlickRock and Dinotte 400R taillight.

  • @fjpdds

I'm currently using a Voisport H2O helmet cam which is an old model but great, especially for night riding.

I'll need 2 HD cams to film footage from my helmet and also various areas of my bike.

Will either pick up both the ContourHD1080p and GoProHD models or 2 of the same cameras. Either way, I must upgrade my camera setup to HD.

H20 cam have to be used with a DV camcorder. I'm tired of buying DV tapes and having wires hanging out my backpack. lol

  • There's a new feature in youtube. when you upload at 1080, a new popup appears above the HQ that gives the user a choice of 720 or 1080 playback. they have to have a fast computer for 1080 though....

  • NIce vid, nice editing, nice music n nice car,. Thanks for posting, Aloha, Glennnnn

  • Nice job! I am still editing video from this past weekend's event. Car looks great, glad to see you're enjoying it.

  • Awesome Quality!..if possible try uploading in hd1080p....p.s. nice car by the way!!!
