I've watched it. Actually I had their version of "Hoe Down" before I ever even performed with him. But yes, that whole concert is incredible to watch.
I've been enjoying Andy since the late 80's. He is one of my top 10 musicians/composers. I'm not a musician, so I can be easily fooled! But his stuff brings the steel pan to a level of any instrument including keyboard and guitar. Kalinda, Out of the Blue, The Hammer, Little Secrets. His range of music is so eclectic. Why Andy is not more popular is a mystery.
haha. trust me. your not being fooled. he is an amazing musician. and person. once at a clinic for my fathers steel drum band which i am now a part of, he sat down and talked to me for a half hour instead of going off and doing other things during his break. i was 4 years old. and i realized years later how much that really meant.

I don't care too much for pan (steel drums) anymore.
However i have never heard anyone with an out of this world skill level as this musician. The drums too......TUNED!

The winter and black history performances of Jeff's steel drum class at Longfellow are also on You Tube - search for Longfellow Steel Drum Band.
