  • Yes, you can use hard cardboard for this and stick it with hot glue after giving to it the necessary shape

    It was a Φ10mm tube 60mm long, filled with 63/25/12 black powder.

  • What was the id of the side hole, and did you fireproof the hole with anything?

  • Nice idea! I may make this as well.

    The id of the side hole was 2mm.

    When plugging on hole's side I used a rammer with a protuberance on its tip so a cavity is formed in the internal surface of the plug. This way I made a fireproof layer.
