Its 2-4, 2-4-3-4, 1-4 and 2-4 at each corner respectively.

You can improve your timing if you use 2-4, 2-4,1-4,2-4 shifting in advance course...

na, 4-1-3 is way better, more control, you shift to 3 when you want to straighten up
