Get yourself a bi-copter controller, you only need 2 fans, the one at the back is not necessary.

So, have you flown it yet? You'll need a three axis gyro, otherwise it'll be a nightmare to control. I would think that three ducted fans should be strong enough to lift it.

It can not fly, because you do not have sufficient vertical velocity to the EDF to work effectively. I think you do not know how EDF works.

sure an edf is much more efficiënt on high speed. but this will work if the design was less heavy

@ViolentWhiteMan, with the old settings it's just not nearly flown but i really think that it will fly if I implement a better EDF, only one instead of two LiPos and more powerfull 4s instead of 3s LiPo. I will test it when the new goods arrive. The reaction speed and power of the servos (0.14sec/17kg servo) is enough, i've tested it during the heli was hanging on a line.

It will never work. You don't have enough reaction speed or reaction power. The rig can't rotate the engines fast enough and there isn't enough lift force.

Man, this machine is so damn loud! The first flight with two LiPos at the nose was not successful because its too heavy on the nose (I need two lipos because the akkus have to few C) - maybe with only one powerfull LiPo.. but I'll try it again with a bigger EDF (70mm china stuff at the moment -> next step is 90mm quality goods), equal ESCs and more powerfull LiPo.

Unless you got a pound of added weight on the nose its not going to fly. But good luck.
