I have been hearing a lot about Colostrum, any input, as far as a bodybuilding supplement? what I have read is pretty similar benefits to protein, would a protein fortified with colostrum have increased benefits of muscle building and recovery? also, read articles on helping with immune system function.... or is it just another hype supplement?
i agree with your 1/3rd rule. saturated fat got a bad rap because people in the 50s consumed 45% of calories from fat, mainly saturated fat, which is obviously bad. with the 1/3rd rule, the monos and polys balance out the "bad" effects of saturated fat.

Hey Will, talk about spinning my wheels. Had T levels checked recently thanks to your vids and as expected, my levels were way below acceptable. Under 6. WOW! Still building muscle but holding onto abdominal fat. Can't wait to see what happens with normal levels. Thanks again for all that u do.
A study was done on a group of healthy men with average testosterone levels and in that study they had to go one week without climaxing while keeping their minds sexually stimulated.
By the seventh day their testosterone levels had doubled, but after that it began to decrease.
So true what you say about fat in your diet in relation to your testosterone levels.
I was on a low fat diet and felt like crap, found out I had test levels of 13nmol/l normal range 11-40. Then I learn t about fat and test so I introduced fat into my diet, 6 months later with another blood test it went to 33! i felt 100% better. nice vid
@faraque99 ive seen studies where black tea raised free test in rats, but i dont think its been duplicated with humans... black iced tea tastes amazing anyway so i drink it regardless
