The AI always dodges Braver because they know that IMO >.>
Unless you use Garland's Lance charge to trick the enemy into blocking because they still think that attack doesn't crush defence, but the latest NA patch makes it so it does, even then WoL is one of the harder enemies.

There are plenty of other moves that feel like cheating, Curogane. Even Magic Pot isn't fool proof, what if the enemy had scarmiglione in his summons? Then you'd be fucked! I'd choose fighting with summons over fighting against uber accessories or cheap infinite combo characters, anyday.

Well most of the time a real opponent would have a set of five different summons, so it's really a gamble as to which summon they are using. I find it adds a crucial element of strategy to the game. Personally I just assign summons to my characters according to what game they correspond too, like my Garland has all the Four Fiends.

No, you can only see if they "carry" a summon. What summon they are actually carrying is an enigma. Plus, if that particular CPU was skilled, he would of dodged that HP attack and in a couple of hits, breaked you, then your summon would of been meaningless. Magic Pot cannot work on the highend dual colliseum courses, like Black Jack.

Yes you are wrong, I was referring to the Fiends Tiamat, Marilith Lich and Kraken. In IV Golbez had the Four Elemental Lords, which were retranslated to the elemental Archfiends after the GBA release on the DS due to censorship.
I think It may be cause you have an old firmware, dissidia was made to work on the PSP3000 with the laetest firmware, soo.. (i am runnig the game on CFW 5.00-4) why don't you try updating, any way if it doesn't work I guess you will have to wait until the english version release

But, yeah, I guess MP is a good way to kill comps. The best way is to literally just fight them over and over because they have set attacks.
Cloud, for example, at level 9 and max AI, will 90% of the time jump and use "Slash and Blow" which can be easily analyzed and blocked.

I think is was Cagnazzo or however you spell it. It keeps the enemy's BP locked for a while. It kinda failed cause it locked his BP at 9999.
