How do you get the shine on the water and lava??? Great scenery

@bobinwarrior there is a special resin you pour that gives it that shiny effect. Woodland scenics I know sells a product that does that

Look for a woodlandscenics product called realistic water, it's in a bottle and works great, just pour were you want water or some other liqued and it'll do the job for you, adds a nice depth and shine to it.

I'm gonna make a couple of terrain pieces out of household items and things like cardboard boxes, including large towers for snipers and to lure the enemy. I'm thinking I'll place my scouts up top the tower and (if range permits) mow down the enemy from there. Any other suggestions other than towers and a military base?

hello apart from a hot knife can any one suggest a good tool to carve cut and model polyestryne terrain??

How about an electric carving knife - should be safe and efficient. A lot of upholsterers use them when cutting foam cushion material, carves right through so it should do the same for polystyrene.

Nice Work but hey some advice most of them were great but 2 or 3 didnt look that good caus they didnt blend in woth the ground and the snow one would look good if you stretched out some cotton over the ground. Good Work!
