  • i lift half a bucket load at a time with it. the front axles are not heat treated like as the pumpkin gears. rebuilt it with heat treated materials and it works now. the wiring is....well it is not aircraft grade. (used to wire up aircraft). redid that and it does ok now also. still, it should not have to have all this done to make it better.

  • hook up the center link on the bush hog!

  • hi all

the tractor now has 160 hrs .

1 pto kept jumping out of gear ,had to keep one hand on lever .had to grind/file more clearance so that it went in gear fully

2 some skrews came loose in fel control ,was dumping on its own

unbolted control from bracket ,was obvious ,so tightened allen skrews ,and re fitted.

3 of late sometimes rarely won,t start just sloenoid click, will start but maybee 2-3 mins of attempts. havn,t fixed yet

4 bit awkward getting on/off. levers

    good tractor vfm i

  • These tractors are great for small-plot farmers. I've got a Foton 254. In 4wd it can do anything I ask it to do.

Even my 1000acres farmer next door is impressed.

  • How good are these tractors, do they have enough torque, do they rust quickly, are the cheaply made..?

  • you are proally dead heading the pump. the axles on the 25 hp are weak especially if you have a front bucket

  • i have a 254. i am on the 3rd front axle. the hydraulic pump keeps blowing but i have that figured out and can fix it in 15 minutes.

  • @azthundercloud you can do that to any tractor that doesnt make it a bad tractor you are lifting to much weight with it?

  • how's the tractor holding up?
