Thanks this song just sounds bad ass on the highway at 2,300 watts. Don't know if the other cars like AC/DC but they know I do : ]
B'n Biz is definitely excellent just 1 of hundreds I haven't tried but will eventually. Can hear the opening rhythm in my head now that thinking about it. Will be an interesting tone-job to home in on it. Should be able to use the FOTW 2tone I made as a base to start from and tweak for grind.
I am extreme peon compared to Angus. But I'm having fun with it!
No I sure don't this was all by ear so I'm not even sure if it's right, but it definitely sounds right to me. I thought I heard the 3 string pick pick pick in the song too so that's where that comes from but I don't know if that's correct. Sounds right to me though.
The 1st lick when I come in is a thump across 6th string E then the open D chord, though I think I only hit the last 3 strings to get more scream without so much bass at the start but when things get rolling I hit the entire open D for rest of the song.
Hi man , this is the first time i hear this song but this is a good one, i am impress with your tone, this is so great, and what a great play, you rock man :-) 5*
Thanks man I'm proud of this one it's a favorite rare hardcore wide-open screamer always wanted to do and this version sounds pretty good to me. Tried this song long ago when 1st started. Posted it even though it sounded like total and complete shit (because of my horrific playing at the time). It's fun to know I'm getting better. Slowly, but definitely am. Removed that version now that this one exists. Definitely the closest tone match I've been able to create so far.
Miguel. Rare I come back three times to comment. This honestly gobsmacks me! I know how difficult it is to mix yourself into the original track, let alone this well! Your tone is superb and can only come from giving that banjo a right good whack!!! Easy fav mate :)
You honor me Phil. Yes you are right. It is, or can be, a real chore to get everything "just right" if you consider absolutely all aspects required in the entire process overall from nothing to something. But, AC/DC is worth it. Plus, I'm a perfectionist (regardless if successful!) in many regards. This is no different. It drives my brain into a blackhole of razorblades if I don't do the best I can. This actually has a couple issues but sounds good enough. It'll stand. Continued on next comment-
Based on the way they (common for them, just usually not so screaming loud) spread themselves across the stereo field, Angus shredding the Right channel w/switches to Center for main solos, Brian always Center, Mal on the Left, the best spot was just between Brian and Mal so that's where I focused. It was hard as HELL to hear myself when recording it but can be clearly heard in the output. Yes I was definitely whacking this banjo with serious punch strokes. Hardcore strokes for hardcore song :)
Thanks it's a sleeper hiding at the end of Fly On The Wall. Most people don't seem to care for fotw much, but I'm not one of them. Have loved it for years. Definitely want to redo the title tune again with the SG soon.
lol! Thanks man this was a mega blast to (re)do with the SG. The Jackson is fun, but the SG is just.... just the f'kn bomb. Plus, I play better now! :)
And I didn't blow out the new headphones either woot... wonder when that'll happen again O.o
Have definitely dug this tune a long long time. Don't know what else to call it except a rare wide-open grinder compared to most things they've done. Love it, a lot.
Jo man, you play it right. You sound like AC-Dc. It gives many Tabs from this Song,
but you play it right. ThaNks for this good Lesson :-)

Thanks! Drove my wife a bit nuts while I was homing in on the tone, but that's just the price! Atleast she actually likes AC/DC :)
