  • I lost 15 pounds the first month of working out, but my weight didn't budge at all during the second week of the second month. I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. My meals are well proportioned and well balanced. But i think that sometimes you just have to push yourself harder the next month in order to lose weight. At least thats how i feel.

  • Thank you so much for this video. I have gone threw so much to loose weight. I jog for an hour everyday, lift weights, and do yoga once a week. I ate very healthy. Nothing. I've stayed at 140 for the last 6 months. Until I decited, that eating all together is not an option if I want to loose weight. Even after that still nothing. Is it possiable that this is just the way I am ment to be shaped? That my body/genes are always going to work against me?
