I haven't cycled around Dublin City for about 10 years now, however when I did, I'm almost certain that there wasn't as many cyclists going around without lights.
The same thing can be seen any night of the week anywhere there are cyclists. There is no enforcement when it comes to cyclists.. The cycle lanes are a joke. One cyclists after another risks serious injury without the basic common sense to fit decent lights to their bikes.
Wow. That's bad.
