I would notice the men in this video are very casually dressed, but, seem to be out in the country, so acceptable. Yes, they are acting silly, but trying to be cute for the girls in the audience. People actually wanted to look clean and bathed and shaved. To church, or to go shopping, we women and girls wore hats, gloves, and dresses. In many ways, it was very nice then.
