That's where I'm getting my Met. knowledge from lol! The basic PPL course! I'm pretty sure that at that height the inversion it hits would be the tropopause. What d'ya reckon?
Yust a bit more vertical rise and it is an active Cumulonimbus. I missed the flashes, but a great vid!

I think that this looks like a Cumulonimbus Incus, as there appears to be an 'cirroform' anvil forming on the top - what do you think?
