@TheDude7225 in my opinion, I am a video specialist in my highschool. And I would not buy either but if you are dead set on buying one of those cameras I would go with the z18.

for the slide,after you record for four hours,is there any way to record more? or when you record for a total of 4 hours,is the camera useless?

@JDFrates Once you use up the four hours im sure you can just upload the footage to your computer then erase it off the Slide and record some more.

hey @fivefreakinfriends how do you do that stop motion stuff....where u have one clip, then immediately switch to the other? what video editting software do you use?

@ASG41L im not sure if your talking about stop motion or just connecting two different clips together. but i use Sony Vegas Pro.

no, just bought the flip mino a few month ago, and i'm really happy with it. it's very thin and portable. the flip slide is too fat.

i would never buy it...i have the mino hd and it is a lot thinner...the thing about the slide is it's so freaking fat you wouldn't be able to make it as portable
