YUM! Looks awesome Betty! *thumbs up* I do almost the same thing but add drained tuna and finely shredded spinach. ; ) Its great on whole wheat crackers, like triscuts or something similar. I warn ya though! they're addictive! lol : )
hi Betty,i have a question for you,do you know how to dry garlic,i mashed up a garlic bulb, and was wondering how long does it take to dry, where you can pound it into powder, can you put it on a tray in the oven?it smells pretty strong, lol,i am trying to learn about herbs, and i though of you, thanks
@brawyn777 Drying garlic is something I have never done, but it sounds interesting! You should type "drying garlic" into Google, and you're sure to get some information!
Been using your recipe for a couple of months now with breaded fish fillets. Love the fact that it's thick and it has the ohhh so lovely olive's. Love to just run the knife a couple of times with the olive's leaving them in coarse. Thanks !
Betty, just stumbled upon your channel and i love your vids, i'll be trying your version of the tartar sauce tonight, i happen to have all ingredients in my kitchen! :D
Thanks! Also, you have more control over additives that you don't need, like extra preservatives, etc. Plus, it tastes much zestier than the ready-made kind. I hope you enjoy it!
I never knew tartar sauce would be so easy! I'm also very happy that you have offered us a healthier alternative to the usually calorie ridden store bought version. Looks very tasty! Thanks for sharing =)
This looks tasty Betty! I never would have thought to use the olives, but that sounds like a perfect addition to this. I can't wait to see the catfish video:) Thanks!
Yes, I like to spend my calories in other places--and this tastes much better than the kind you get in a bottle at the store! Thanks for your comment!

can i use garlic powder instead of garlic salt please right back im dying to try your reciepe out
dutyfan11 2 years ago
Garlic powder would be fine. Just go light on it, and add a little sprinkling of salt, as well. Thanks for bringing this idea up!

Thanks for your lovely comment! Yes, I think it is mainly the combination of dill pickles and stuffed olives that makes this really come alive!

I use miracle whip, sweet relish and a dab of horseradish.
and thin it with a little milk.
