@Brentelec I was that way at first, but once you're used to the cat controls you'll never go back.. you can work for hours without any fatigue and there's much more dexterity with the joystick controls...ever been on rough terrain with a bobcat with traditional controls...you're all over the place. My 60 year old dad says the same thing and he just learned. Long time bobcat guy too.

Kubota Skid Steer will be out mid next year of 2009, but I also know Kubota Look at 3 Skid Steer Cat, Bobcat and Takeuuhi. Kubota wanted to make a skid steer like all 3 into one. Kubota will have only 2 type os stik steer at first 75hp & 95hp with or with-out cab & air.
Bobcat is the King of stik steer but I see them going down fast after Kubota come out with there skid steer, we both know Bobcat uses the Kubota Motor in everthing they sale, but willsee in 1 year....
dude johndeer doesnt have as good of visibilty as bobcat....and btw the newer bobcat machines are not as good as the older ones they dont run kubota engines anymore since ing. bought the company.
Nah fuck you bobcat they are no longer the best skidsteers. I operate them all day we used to run strictly bobcat now we only have 2 bobcats and 7 deeres of various sizes in our fleet. Our 2005 325 out powers the slightly bigger and newer 2007 S300 which has been designated as our "yard machine" because knowone wants to take it on site. Our 2005 bobcat 553 with 987 hrs. has needed more repairs more then our 2001 deere 250 with 3410 hrs. So fuck bobcat!

In my opinion, John Deer makes the best skid loader. Being able to afford one is a different story.
