Go into your Preferences on reason and set your mouse knob range to 'very precise' this should hopefuly speed up the time it takes you to set right number on each knob.
You make pretty good tutorials man, and you can't argue with the end result. But you do a few things that make me scratch my head and kinda make it look like you're twiddling knobs at random.
The Lo Shelf in the second EQ has no effect (gain at 0dB). Move Params 1, 2, and Hi Shelf settings from EQ2 to EQ1 and it sounds exactly the same. Setting Filter 1 Freq in Thor so high means that filter has no effect (the Env Amount has no effect either); bypass the filter and you'll get the same sound.
There is a song by Hot Pink Dolorean & Rory Lyons called " Move it" the bass synth is MURDER. Could you maybe recreate that synth or the one from Bass Jackers "Mush Mush"? That would be tight if you could.
I've watched a few of your vids and you do a really good job reconstructing synths :D So I have a request, the hardwell lead synth. The one thats in zero 76 as well as a lot of his stuff. cheers :)
@VSTTutorials i understand that. but i mean when youre changing the attack and sustain etc one knob took you over a minute to get right, when i was done in like 3 seconds...
@OfficialBoxxer Oh, I get what you mean now. When I made this I was using a new mouse and hadn't adjusted the speed settings yet. every little movement was real touchy, so it was kinda hard to adjust to certain exact settings as fast as I liked without it overshooting it. I've fixed this though :)
@VSTTutorials dont worry about him man. People need to learn patience especially when people like you take the time to make videos to help others when you don't have to.
question.. when i draw out a box to put notes in, how do i make it automatically line it up with the bar?? because when I draw out my box, it doesnt automatically line up with the lines, I have to zoom in really close to line it up perfectly, and it's just a pain. if someone could help me, that would be great
@EnglandMUCH Next to the pencil and eraser icons, there's a little magnet icon which snaps the note you want to draw to the length selected in the box next to it. (expmls. 1/4, 1/16, 1/16T, 1/32 and so on)
BTW guys just as a disclaimer, this synth is based off of the original mix to Ruffneck Bass.
I noticed he really distorted the synth more when he remade it for Kyoto.

That's actually from the song, "Kyoto". It was released on his new EP, Bangarang.
