I know what you mean about the song. its awesome. The song is called "nice guy eddie." Its from their self titled album which is pretty hard to find. The song was on the soundtrack of a movie called the Tao of Steve. I found the song once on limewire after searching for about 3 years.

the band is called Epperly. it is the lead singers last name. they are out of Tulsa, OK from like 10 or 12 years ago. had a couple good CDs but never made it. tough to find their stuff now.
