OK, not one of the best in the world, but definitely better than ANY dunker in his height. As for his windmills, you can easily see in other videos of him that he DOES windmills, but cuffed. Also, he dunks between the legs easily, you can see different videos of him to believe it.

I have seen a video of another guy, named K-WAG, 16 years old, 5'6'' and he performs the classic between the legs dunk in a perfect way!

For example, 3 pointers thats mostly all for the guards. Its too rare to see a center shooting 3s. Dribbling. Point guards. Speed still guards. Handles still guards. So is Passing ability.
