are you aware that your doing it all wrong??? your having trouble scoring the ham and putting cloves it was hard cos your supposed to do that once its cooked........ u put the ham into a big pot add the coke and the onion....boil for 2hours until the ham is cooked....then you take the ham out and cut off that thick skin leaving a thin layer of fat and score that in the diamond shapes, place the cloves in cover in treacle some brown sugar, mustard powder and bake fr 10mins! enjoy the real way!
