Wow nice racket you've got going. Of course none of this is really needed for proper and powerful singing. It certainly can't hurt from a physical fitness and wellness point of view but for actual, powerful vocals one does not need an pseudo-aerobics class. Controlling the lower back, rectus abdominus, and psoas muscles for proper breath support just takes precise control through some very basic breathing exercises anyone can do at home.
