  • Wow nice racket you've got going. Of course none of this is really needed for proper and powerful singing. It certainly can't hurt from a physical fitness and wellness point of view but for actual, powerful vocals one does not need an pseudo-aerobics class. Controlling the lower back, rectus abdominus, and psoas muscles for proper breath support just takes precise control through some very basic breathing exercises anyone can do at home.

    All in all, its a nice niche market to get cash.
