  • Thats an awesome bike you built would it be possible to list what you did suspension and frame wise and what rims and size tires they are

  • What fork's that? Ohlin, or just coated? Looks beast anyway, very nice bike.

  • This looks just amazing! I´m impressed and a bit jealous too. :)

  • where is your battery stashed? beautiful bike by the way

  • @saxxon19 There's a kick at the right of the bike /watch?v=j3l_GNMCLIM&feature=plcp&context=C31fecb8UDOEgsToPDskJTqpk_6t2W0uNJEd3f-5EN

But I can't figure out how he started it on the vid.

  • looks great! but put a exhaust on it cause it sucks without one

  • omg it's a beauty :'(

  • what brand of rear suspension did you use?

  • off of wat is the front rim from??

  • Thats FUCKIN nice.Out of all the Jap 4s these probably sound the best...

  • love it, but the exhaust is a bit exagerated which im sure is the point and sounds sick, but ur askin for trouble. a truly beautiful bike though, a showpiece for sure

  • Nicely done man! I like how you changed the rear frame, quite good work. From which bike did you take the front fork?

one of the best done custom cafes i´ve seen here on youtube!! Keep it up!

  • What kind of seat? Benji? Nice ride

  • yo!!!!! when that beast started IT SHITTTT ME UP!!!! fucking love it man!!!!! amazing job!!!!

  • It's great, hope you still have it, or one like it. I have changed my yamaha xj650 into one as well. but since i live in switzerland, we do have more rules and regulations we must follow. so that we can't go as far as you did without riding against the law. Keep up your good work and creativity!!! Thanks for sharing!!!!

  • Sweet bike! What kind of electrical system does it have?

  • What a great work!! Congratulations to this masterpiece! greets from germany!

  • what type of farbricating did you have to do to get the gsxr front end to fit?

  • That's a nice machine. Keep it simple :D

  • WOW!! Great job...

  • What year GSXR did that front end come off of? 2007-2008? Sweet bike,

If you have any tips for mating that front end with the Honda frame please send me a link!!!

  • beautiful work mate

  • Nice.Out of all jap bikes, they weren't the fastest but they were one of the best sounding.

  • I never realized there was a SOHC 650 until you pointed it out. My knowledge of the 650s were DOHC. Thanks. I have a '76 550F that has setting in the barn for years. I ride two HOGs. I'm going to get that 550 going as a small bobber. A 650 SOHC cam, for one, will drop right in. Good to know. Last weekend I picked up an '83 1000C that I am going to bobber in memory of my former '82 900C and '83 1000C of decades back. By the way, your 550 looks and sounds very potent. You did very, very well.

  • louder is better ,

  • Nice bike, but do you have to take that block under the kick stand every where with you?

  • KICK ASS BIKE MAN!! im working on building a 1975 CB750F right now. they're very similar as i'm sure you know. i really dig your front end with the inverted forks. nice modern touch. What did you snatch those off of, if you dont mind me asking?

  • very nice, what front end is that on there?

  • the most beautiful bike I've ever seen on youtube

  • better than a monster

  • That baby has her curves in all the right places! You build it out of a 77? Just curious because that's the year bike i'm working on. Absolute beauty, man.

  • How do i get my bike to sound like that, cause its MEAN!!

  • @slyzxx1 Check this out, I got it off ebay. Youtube won't let me post the link but just search "2001 Triumph TT600 Shorty Pipe" It's a pretty sick pipe..

  • Nice looking bike... beautiful sound

  • Unreal. Absolutely love your bike. I've started to look into building my own Cafe Racer and definitely have found yours to be very inspirational. What bike did you use for this project? I've been looking into the CB-CL450 or 500T.

Any help you could recommend for a first time cafe builder would be awesome.

  • I have a cb 750 f1 and I was wondering how comfortable those thin seats are.

  • Around how much did you spend building this bike? i'm looking to building something like this before the beginning on next summer..

    Thanks in advanced

  • one of the nicest ive seen and im on my second build now im jealous im starting again!!!!!nice tail light too!!!

  • Tasteful use of color. Top drawer my good man!

  • GOD DAM THAT THING IS MEAN!!!

  • Where is the battery and fuses and stuff? under the cafe bump?

  • How did you tune your exhaust to sound like Michael Jackson?

  • Inspiration! Can I ask what exhaust and also what front end youre using?

  • Is the frame where the seat goes normally flat like that? Or did you have to modify the frame?

  • Wow that's fucking nice

  • What fork is that? Any modification to mount it?

  • Sexy.

  • im in love

  • it kinda sounds like it's idling a little high, otherwise its an amazing bike. i want to get one like this :D

  • that sounds terrifying! i love it!

  • sick looking bike, man!

  • this bike is unbelievably amazing. its my lifetime goal to build something this great.

  • Sick bike.Real Beauty!

  • Amazing!

  • great bike all but one thing, it needs a rear disk brake

  • have you experienced any issues mounting the top of the shocks on the inside of the mounting brackets?

  • damn i was toasting a cig when WROOOOOM! i just looked up n daaaamn!

  • now that's what I call FULL HD! :)

  • How did you get the rear end lifted? What rear suspension are you using?

  • what kind of gas tank did you use?

  • Great looking bike! fantastic work! where can I find out more info on your front suspension with those sweet spoked wheels with the newer front forks!

again great job and great bike

  • beautiful bike, FUCK MJ!!!

  • big thumbs up from me

    love it looks spot on

  • Hey, Im currently doing the same build with a 1970 CB750 got the 2007 gsxr front end on already and just got a dyna wheel today and about to put in some gsxr bearings, My question is did you use the stock harley bearing spacer in the hub between the bearings or did you use a gsxr bearing spacer or machine a new one? Your help would be much appreciated!!

  • I've seen your video several times now and I'm wondering what carbs settings your're using? Jet size, needle position? Please, give me a hint - I'm still trying with my cb550... thanks for your help!

  • I love your bike...but was that really the best background song you could come up with?

Currently on the hunt for a Yoshi for my 550 if anyone knows of one for sale!

  • I wish I had your skills. That is a beautiful build.

  • Dual disc brakes in the front—For those who don't value their face lol.

  • i cant stop watching this video!!!! this thing is fucking out of control>

  • GEEZUS 0:23

  • a nice cafe racer and a downhill bike in the background.. what more could you want in life?!

  • I can hardly imagine a better looking bike. I've always loved cafes, and this one is the greatest I've seen so far. Great job

  • sounds a little more like a monster truck than a cafe racer

  • This bike makes my eyes cum!

  • This bike it really awesome. Every time I get a little down about my cb550 build I watch this video and get pumped up about building it again. Sweet bike and thanks for the inspiration.

  • This is one of my favourites! And it sounds KILLER .. going through the thread on SOHC .. amazing work man.

  • i had an idea for a cafe for such a long time. i knew i wanted forks from a new bike for handling and to adopt twin brake disks. i haul ass in bikes so i want o stop fast too. and the black on gold. nice. the tail. and the tank. everything is perfect. this is very similar to the cafe idea bike i had and will build now. thanks!

  • sounds like a hairdryer, but that's good

  • total bad ass bike man, any HQ photos?

  • Beautiful, really really nice job! One question...What in the h*ll makes it sound like it does? cause thats what how I want my 750 to sound!

  • Man I have watched this video about 30 times, what an GREAT bike!! I just got a '75 yesterday, starting the build very soon. My first, so it should be a great time!! Again, stellar bike!

  • Fantastic looking bike!!!!

Creds to you, that is just wicked!

  • love your bike. looking at getting one and hopefully soon. any work done to the motor??

  • @Toycoma

Thanks, glad you like it. For motor work I ported and polished it and then put in a 650 cam. FYI, a cb650 cam drops right in and is about the equivalent of a mild street cam.

  • @uptobunks cool. i ended up getting a 91 nighthawk 750 :( i love how your bike sounds. badass.

  • @uptobunks

what kind of gas tank did you use?

  • niiice bike!

  • beautiful motorcycle! Also, is that a Santa Cruz DH bike in the background?

  • Nice ride, well done. Is it for sale?

  • wow~ somework!

  • I won't ask daft questions. Just a really great job.

  • Nice work, love the pin stripes...nice to see a bike that is brought down to bare bones! Ride safe!

  • That thing sounds evil. Sweet bike. I bet tons of fun to ride.

  • Where did you find those front forks? They look like they are off a modern sport bike. Did you have to do a lot of work to get them to fit on? I also have a 550 and the front fork springs on mine are shot, so if I could just replace everything that might be less work.

  • Awsome!!! Where did u get that tank??? Well done!!!

  • i love how the bike completely shut up michael

  • that is what i call loud

  • bellissima................complimenti.

  • hahahaahahaaaa. i bet your neighbors love you..

  • I love the 'Britbike' look. At least, it reminds me of a Norton or an AJ. A very, very nice little horsey.

  • Ha, Thriller playing in the garage. If michael jackson had taken up motorcycles instead of whatever the hell he was into, maybe he'd still be here!

  • what year is the bike?

  • lol ridiculous.. in a good way

  • Nice job mate, looks mean!!!

  • A work of art on two wheels

  • hey what are those forks?

  • That little baby is just a sweet little piece of pie. Liking the way you hid all the electricals. Where'd you stash the battery?

  • very, very cool squirley!

    ~ecosse

  • hi squirley! first of all, one of the most beautiful cf'ers I've ever seen. Second, I have found your imageshack page where all the pictures from the build are stored. They look great and very inspiring. Since I have plan on building a cf in the future, I would like to hear if it is possible for you to pack the pictures you uploaded in a zip og rar file and upload them somewhere. I would love to have them :-). Please PM me if it is possible. Cheers. HH

  • I have found out that I just have to register a username on sohc to see the build thread with pictures. Very interesting reading stuffs!

  • Get a horse!

  • Dang, dude. No wonder you were DTT's March Bike of the Month. Nice.

  • Dang, dude. No wonder you were DTT's March Bike of the Month. Nice.

  • hi where did you get those rims and what width are they?

  • i agree...

best cafe build ive seen in a long time.

    but im only 19 haha.

i just got a cb550f and am looking forward to making it a cafe racer...

did you custom fab the tank?

  • probably the nicest build I have seen on here. Really nice work. Where do you have the battery hiding at on that?

  • that thing is really beautiful!

i only think it's a shame that you painted the tank, it should be bare alu :p

other than that, its the most beautiful caferacer i have seen yet!

  • what kind of swing arm is that custom made or you bought it like that? also are those stock tires sizes or did you go one size bigger as they look nice. Um looking at getting a cb 350 and looking for ideas

  • the swing arm I made custom. The tire sizes are a 110/90-19 front and a 130/90=18 rear

  • What type of springs you have on there?

  • The rear springs are from a cb900

  • nice job indeed. What are your riding intentions with this bike/Did not having any fenders make it a pain to ride? what kind of piggyback shocks are those?

  • Thank you very much. I use the bike to cruise around town on and take to the twisties on nice days. So far, having no fenders has not been an issue. I may add a front at a later date, just havent gotten around to it yet.

  • @uptobunks Sounds fukin brilliant!No mudgurds(fenders?)in UK means a face full of road shit,mmm,tasty....!

  • @emmeto17 they look like showa cb 750 shocks, i have a pn# somewhere and some in the garage as well.

  • Not particularly a cafe fan but this is nice.

And how in the world did you find a Yoshi exhaust for a 550?

  • I got very luck with the exhaust, just in the right place at the right time I guess

  • hey man, I'm doing the gsxr1000 front end swap on my cb750, I was wondering how stiff that front end was for you. I know my bike is heavier than yours

(240 on the front wheel) but I just want to get an idea.

  • Very Nice Cafe!

  • Good job on the seat (among other things). The back half and the integrated tail-light looks really clean.
