You could write a program and add it to the bios to make a PC run Macs; its just that no one wants to because macs are more or less useless for anything but graphics design, and just like with the mac dual booting into windows, the software would be somewhat unstable and that wouldn't be the best choice for work. It would be better for the person to just buy a Mac.
