STUPIDITY!!! I personally know someone who did this stunt at this exact dam several years ago.... He also got a ride in a helicopter that day to Shock Trauma.... and he also died in transit... luckily for him, he survived.... but not without a severe head trauma... the soot at the bottom of the dam is so thick, you can get stuck in it, not to mention the other debris you can't see that is at the bottom of the dam that can harm you!!!
