@sjonnygee but why would you? if she likes to be under the fooey spell let her enjoy this and be happy :) or are you one of those who always has to be right no matter what and for no apparant reason then just to be right? ;)
@eshnic - Because 'she' is my sister - we're both in bands & sibling rivalry dictates that I have better taste whilst she believes that she does.
Also, no...anybody can like absolutely whatever music they want to obviously but I just don't trust the way she's crazy about The Foo Fighters but derides any other music she deems to be heavy, she just wants to fuck Dave Grohl ....... basically !
@sjonnygee LOL,. well i wouldnt want to stand between brother and sister rivalry and get broozed so.. i'll mind my own business. :p Good luck with your band btw, cool you make music. :)
@Sheaman78 The were able to release an album like this because Jim Martin left. He wasn't in to doing anything other than what you heard on Introduce Yourself and The Real Thing. He was very unhappy with Angel Dust and that is what lead to him leaving the band. Jim Martin is a great guitar player, but Faith No More became a better band without him in my opinion...
this album didnt touch me much compared to angel dust and the real thing, i liked martin's contribution. this song, king for a day, just a man and evidence are really brilliant though i must admit
@Allexamy No. Alternative rock was already there in the 80s. They're one of the first alternative METAL bands and they inspired the nu metal movement. I agree with the fact this is a great and really underrated band.
It would be wrong to ask you why Because I know what goes inside Is only half of what comes out Isn't that what it's about ? To remind us we're alive To remind us we're not blind In that big, black hole Comfortable Digging the grave, I got it made Let something in, throw something out ? You left the door open wide I know you have a reason why That knot is better left untied I just went and undid mine
@jdmax If you knew how to read, it clearly says 'Eddie Vedder, Layne Stayley, Chris Cornell, and Mike Patton. Best thing to happen to the Earth.' Not 'Eddie Vedder, Layne Stayley, Chris Cornell, and Mike Patton. They make up FNM.' Nope. Dumbass.

@Honeytrip420 If that were to happen, I think I would have multiple orgasms before spontaneously combusting from the sheer awesomeness! It was discussed at one point, so we shall see.
@thegame546444 wow! hold one kid, lol, what did you say? josh homme should thank mike patton for his career? LOL. look man, queens of the stone age sucks (Except for that homonimus 1998 record). but Homme was part of THE BEST AMERICAN ROCK BAND of the 90s, and yes that band is KYUSS, and back then Homme have no idea about what patton was, about faith no more, about bungle or any shit like that, the man is a fucking legend, so shut the fuck up.
@themadrapper101 its accualy a very mixxed music type they play alot of diffrent music styles so its understandable that they might sound like grunge in a song or two even though GRUNGE IS DEAD RIP KURT but yes mike patton is the only true musician left in america
This sounds nothing like System of a Down. There are MINOR similarities. Faith no more is very influential but sometimes just does a bunch of different things. Just because you do a bunch of different things it doesn't mean that a band stole ideas from you. It means that sometimes you try to fucking hard to be different.
Dont you just love it when a band drops a riff that any other band would make a 5 minute song out of and they play it twice and move onto the next one!
This is good song, Faith No More does have really variating songs. I mean, Midlife Crisis, Evidence, Be Aggressive and Digging the Grave are all great songs but unlike some other bands like Disturbed, they doesn't sound alike at all. Gotta love that, as I listen to melodic death metal a lot, and they sound pretty same XD
