how can you put a disc ? i dont see anywhere to put the cd ? is that im going to buy a car that has the JVC TOUCHSCREEN the same you have so i wanna know more about it i dont know the model
I think you can't use the camera while listening mp3s. If you want to select an external video source you have to put the JVC in "a/v input" mode, you cannot do it in "mp3" mode.
The only way to do that is to connect an external mp3 player to the "audio in" connectors and connect the camera on the "video in". But it isn't a smart solution.
I don't have the Ipod connected. The video shows searching MP3 from a DVD (4,7 Gb). It also works with dual layer but it's slower and sometimes skip.
In the back of the radio there's a female USB connector where you can connect an external HD. I got a 160 Gb 2.5 HD and it works great! It takes power directly from the radio, no other connections.
I think that if you connect an Ipod to the USB it won't work. The USB is made only for storage (HD or USB pen drive).

you mean between folders or just skip? between folders there's a few seconds to wait, you can see it in the video when i select the second song. If you just skip a track it's faster. Now my cellphone's camera has a little problem and i cannot make another video. When i fix it i'll do another video.

Hello, I hooked up mine and the cd will only play through subwoofer, does anyone else have this issue. The radio is fine.

Yes... divx.
You have to connect the handbrake wire to ground wire to make it works when your are moving.
but it's dangerous.
Well, the real reason is that there's more work to do to connect it to the handbrake. The ground wire it's easier. :)
