uh.. sorry but that fish is real...nits called barrell eye fish. The green things inside are actually the eyes. and what lookslike the eyes in front, above the mouth is actually the nostril. The whole transparent part are just the eyes, nostrils and mouth. the other part including the brain is on the part w/c is not transparent.
