I was supposed to read this over the summer. (I still am). I need to read a book that has a main character that is either hindered or helped by a main character. Does that happen in this book? If so, between which two people? If you've read this book and you know please tell me if it happens or not. And if it does between which to people? (Please specify the name of the Main Character and the name of the Minor CVharacter that either helps or hinders the main character). THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I thought the game was pretty good. I read the book long before I played the game and thought for sure that the same person who killed everyone in the book killed everyone in the game xD I was surprised though. By the way, does anyone know if the murderer changes depending on the choices you make or is it always the same?
It's always the same. There is one part of the game though where your choices determine the outcome of a particular character. It's been a while since I played the game, but the guy who's up near the bon-fire. You can either choose to save him by rushing over to where he is and knocking out the way just before the explosion. Or you can wait and let him die.
i never liked finding clues in games trying every single possibility to see what works i dont like these type of games it should have some fighting in it without changing the story fight the murderer or maybe someone thinks your the killer and trys to kill you there doesnt even have to be any fighting just something more exiting. The book however was amazing one of my favorites
This isn't a fighting game. It's an adventure game that is designed upon solving clues and understanding the story. Not about fighting someone. Personally I felt that by deviating from the norm of video games and allowing a game that doesn't have to much violence in it was a great idea, but not well executed since most people won't play a game unless there is a part where you get to mutilate someone.
I guess this is a game for girls and more mature gamers...personally, I don't see what's supposed to be fun about slashing around, killing everybody...but you're right, these games are way underappreciated
Plus, its a mystery. Your supposed to find whodunit, not become a murderer yourself. I like games like this, it makes me think. And the thing is, your pulse goes up a few heartbeats just cause of the music.
I played this game and it's awesome!! In this video, at the apiary, is playing a piano piece, and I love it!! If somebody recognize it, plssss write here... in the game, calls 'walkingaround06'... thx
The only time I have seen this game in the shops on PC was when it was being sold with evil under the sun and murder on the orient express, 2 games I already have so there was no point in buying it if I had the other 2. Do you know if they sell this game on PC on its own? Cool review btw.
I think you play as a new person, the guy who drove the boat to get the 10 people onto the island. However, your boat is mysteriously broken and you are trapped on the island with the rest of the characters. This looks like a good game. How is it on PC?
I haven't played the game. I suspect that Mr Owen is the same person but there are always differences in these murder mystery computer games like murder on the oriental express. I think that they all die but I think that you have different options at the end. Depending on your choices, you can save or let die the last 2 people.
Quit being a baby I hate when ppl act like a baby cos of a spoiler there is more important things in life. Saying whether to save a character or not isn't a spoiler revealing who the killer in the game is, but I liked Wargrave better as the killer in the book.
Thank you for enlightening me on the fact that there are more important things in life... *eye roll*. And btw, that previous comment of mine was in reply to someone who said it was Wargrave who's the killer in the game. You probably saw all my comments together cos YT doesn't seem to sort out the replies like they used to.

Sorry for sounding hard on u so no eyeroll plz but what I meant was ppl complain something was spoiled acting like it's the end of the world. When there's ppl suffering in the news, yeah it's not Wargrave in the game but his story sounds better then the killer's story in the game. I put spoil tags when some1 really needs to know something so I don't ruin it for others and I only saw 1 comment from u. Y did I get a -1 I wasn't trying to affend any1 so sorry to whoever felt affended.
i dont want to spoil the game, but mr owen is different in the game, they changed it around to surprise u and no not everybody in the book dies the same in the game, lombard blows up (but he is one of the 2 poeple you can save) emily brent dies of a bee sting not an injection and the judge is killed with his own law books, sorry if i spoiled the game. sorry
The PC version is much better then the Wii. It has 4 different endings, 3 of which are new and the fourth is a narrated verison of the original ending to the book where Wargrave kills everyone.
You play as Patrick Narracot who is the 11th character in the game.
Mr. Owen is still the mysterious mastermind who lured everyone there

Nope. "The Murderer" (I don't want to spoil it for others) is still the same at all four. The only true difference is the video at the end.
